01The challenge

What we found on site

Saturated insulation and a brittle, cracked legacy bitumen membrane were producing recurrent leaks above live production lines, with limited access windows and high rooftop temperatures.

02Our approach

How TEXSA delivered

Works were phased zone-by-zone around plant operations: removal of saturated insulation, screed repair, primer, reinforced liquid PU membrane and UV topcoat. Adhesion and DFT were verified per zone and signed off by the FM team.

03The result

Outcome on handover

12,000 m² re-waterproofed with no production downtime, full warranty package and a documented maintenance plan handed over to the operator.
