When polyurea is the right choice
Polyurea earns its cost where speed and seamlessness matter: a water tank that cannot stay offline, a podium deck above an occupied car park, a bund that must be chemically tight, or a roof with dozens of penetrations that a sheet membrane cannot follow. It sprays as a continuous membrane with no seams, gels in seconds, and is normally trafficable within the hour. Where none of those constraints exist, a cold-applied polyurethane or bituminous system is often the more economical specification — and we will tell you so.
