Which epoxy floor does a Dubai building need?
For light foot traffic and dust control, a thin-film roller-applied epoxy is enough. For forklift and pallet traffic, a 3–6 mm self-levelling system with hard aggregate is the correct specification. For chemical plants, wash-down kitchens and cold areas, a polyurethane-cement screed handles thermal shock and aggressive cleaning that standard epoxy will not. The deciding factors are always substrate moisture, mechanical load and chemical exposure — which is why TEXSA surveys before quoting.
