Spray polyurethane foam is applied as a liquid that expands into a rigid, seamless, closed-cell layer bonded directly to the substrate. It insulates and air-seals in a single operation, follows complex shapes with no joints or thermal bridges, and adds almost no weight to the structure. In the UAE the critical detail is protection: foam left exposed to UV will chalk and break down, so every TEXSA foam installation is finished with a protective coating that carries the weathering and waterproofing duty.
