01The challenge

What we found on site

The existing epoxy coating system showed signs of deterioration, cracking, debonding, and water leakage in multiple areas. Long-term exposure to moisture, operational conditions, and substrate movement affected the performance of the existing lining system

Application of a pure polyurea waterproofing and protective lining system following substrate rehabilitation, crack treatment, leak sealing, and surface preparation works.

Outcome on handover

The rehabilitation works provided a seamless waterproofing and protective lining system suitable for long-term service in recycled water infrastructure environments, improving surface protection, waterproofing performance, and overall durability of the reservoirs.
