Rehabilitation of 3 existing recycled water irrigation reservoirs in Al Falah City, Abu Dhabi, including removal of deteriorated epoxy lining systems, concrete repair, leak treatment, surface preparation, and installation of a seamless pure polyurea protective lining system.
The challenge
The existing epoxy coating system showed signs of deterioration, cracking, debonding, and water leakage in multiple areas. Long-term exposure to moisture, operational conditions, and substrate movement affected the performance of the existing lining system

Existing internal epoxy coating system with localized coating failure, cracks, debonded areas, water leakage points, and damaged concrete surfaces.
Our approach
Application of a pure polyurea waterproofing and protective lining system following substrate rehabilitation, crack treatment, leak sealing, and surface preparation works.
