What we found on site
New warehouse slab required a hard-wearing, low-dust floor capable of withstanding heavy MHE traffic with clearly defined racking aisles and safety walkways within a tight handover window.
02Our approach
How TEXSA delivered
TEXSA shot-blasted the slab to the required surface profile, corrected levels with a self-smoothing epoxy and finished with a PU topcoat. Racking lines, pedestrian walkways and hazard zones were marked per the operator's layout drawings.
03The result
Outcome on handover
Floor handed over inside the contractual window with full slip-resistance and adhesion sign-off, allowing rack installation to start immediately.
