What we found on site
The basement was experiencing chronic water ingress through structural cracks and cold joints, with active leaks across plant rooms and parking levels that were impacting building services.
02Our approach
How TEXSA delivered
TEXSA mapped active leak paths, drilled and installed mechanical packers, then injected hydrophobic PU resin under controlled pressure. Each zone was monitored for re-occurrence before closure and the surface was reinstated.
03The result
Outcome on handover
All active leak paths sealed and verified dry across two wet cycles. The FM team received a full as-built map of injection points for future reference.
