What we found on site
Active leakage through construction joints and chloride/sulphate attack on the inner tank face required both structural sealing and a chemically resistant relining before the plant could be re-commissioned.
How TEXSA delivered
TEXSA injected active cracks with hydrophobic PU, reinstated the concrete profile with sulphate-resistant repair mortars and applied a polyurea-hybrid lining engineered for STP exposure, with adhesion and holiday testing per tank.
Outcome on handover
Tanks returned to the utility leak-free, with full QA/QC documentation and a chemical-resistance system warranty.
