Mixed-Use Tower Podium Waterproofing

What we found on site

Podium needed a buried waterproofing system that would survive landscape installation, planter root penetration and long-term hydrostatic load without future intervention.

How TEXSA delivered

TEXSA applied a primed pure polyurea membrane with full flood-test sign-off, followed by a drainage composite and protection board prior to backfill. Critical penetrations were detailed with reinforced polyurea coves.

Outcome on handover

Flood-test passed first attempt across all zones. Landscaping was reinstated on programme with documented as-built drawings for the FM team.
